This notice describes information submitted through the NexTide Marine website. It should be reviewed against applicable privacy requirements before publication.
Enquiry information
When you submit an enquiry, you may provide business contact details, vessel and equipment information, a service or sourcing requirement and supporting files. NexTide Marine uses this information to respond to the request, assess service or sourcing options and coordinate with relevant service providers where appropriate.
Regional routing
The request form routes India, Middle East, Turkey and Africa enquiries to meisa@nextidemarine.com, and Southeast Asia enquiries to sea@nextidemarine.com. The region selection is used to select the appropriate contact inbox.
Attachments and retention
The website accepts PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX and XLSX attachments up to 15 MB total per enquiry. The web server temporarily handles uploaded files to validate and send them with the enquiry email; it does not save them as public website files. Once delivered, the email and its attachments are held in the receiving mailbox under that mailbox's access and retention practices. Do not submit unrelated personal, confidential or security-sensitive information.
