What we cover
Enquiries may include main and auxiliary engine work, cylinder heads, governors, fuel pumps, turbochargers and onboard repairs. Provide the machinery model, service history, symptoms, access arrangements and required completion window.
Overhaul and repair of centrifugal and screw pumps, air compressors, separators and purifiers, heat exchangers and coolers, including inspection reports and replacement-part sourcing.
Machining of shafts, pins, flanges and valve seats, line boring and flange facing, and manufacture of replacement parts from samples or drawings, in the workshop or on site.
Valve overhaul and pressure testing, safety-valve setting, actuator repairs and pipe repairs or replacement. Include valve type, size, pressure rating and the required test certificates.
